Each patient is assigned his/her own clinical support nurse (CSN) that manages the patient's care from inception through the duration of services provided by Para/Quad. The CSN will work closely with you to define clinical objectives and functional goals. In addition, we require all of our nursing staff to complete specialized clinical training related to Spinal Cord, Brain, or other Cognitive/Motor Impairment injuries or illness. This hands-on approach ensures that their skill set levels are at their optimum prior to being assigned to a case.
